Job summary

Commonwealth Healthcare LLC is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing assignment in Concord, Massachusetts. Start date 10/06/2026 for 2 weeks, 36 hours per week on 12-hour shifts.

Requires 2 years Med-Surg Telemetry experience, MARN license and BLS (ACR/AHA). Telemetry experience is essential; floating to similar units may occur; pay package based on 12-hour shifts with tax-free stipend.

Qualifications

• 2 years Med-Surg Telemetry experience.
• Valid RN license and BLS certification.
• Telemetry experience essential, neuro knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide Med-Surg and Telemetry nursing care on shift.
• Monitor telemetry and perform neuro assessments as needed.
• Work 12-hour shifts on a 36-hour weekly schedule.
