American Traveler is seeking a travel nurse RN Med/Surg Telemetry for a night shift position in Cleveland, Ohio. The role requires an active OH or compact RN license, BLS/ACLS, NIHSS, and 18 months of Med/Surg Telemetry experience.

The assignment is 13 weeks, 36 hours per week, with three 12-hour night shifts from 7:00pm to 7:30am. Per diem and travel reimbursements are included, along with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Active Ohio RN license (or compact) required.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification required prior to start.
• Minimum 18 months recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience for travel.
• ECG rhythm recognition test and SafeMedicate assessment during orientation.
• At least one recent reference from a Med/Surg Telemetry manager/supervisor.
• Driver's license and SSN verification may be required.

Responsabilités

• Work on a Med/Surg Telemetry unit in a hospital setting.
• Night shift: three 12-hour shifts per week, 7:00pm–7:30am.
• Care for adult medical-surgical patients with telemetry monitoring.
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and deliver high-quality Med/Surg Telemetry care.
• Assignments may not exceed 18 consecutive months with a 6-month wait before a new assignment at the same health system.
• Provide proof of driver’s license and social security number.

Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Med/Surg Telemetry night shift position requiring an active OH or compact RN license and significant prior perm experience.

Responsibilities

• Work on a Med/Surg Telemetry unit in a hospital setting
• Night shift schedule with three 12-hour shifts per week from 7:00pm to 7:30am
• Adult medical-surgical patient population with telemetry monitoring
• Responsible for monitoring cardiac rhythms and providing high-quality care to Med/Surg Telemetry patients
• Assignments at facility locations may not exceed 18 consecutive months, with a minimum six month wait before a new assignment at the same health system
• Will be required to provide proof of driver’s license and social security number
