Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Med Surg/Tele RN for a 15-week travel assignment in Salem, Oregon. The role requires Med Surg/Telemetry expertise, a valid RN license, and BLS certification. You will deliver patient-centered care, monitor cardiac telemetry, and support multidisciplinary teams across shifts.

Qualifications

• One year of recent Med Surg/Tele RN experience required.
• Active RN license in the relevant state is required.
• Current BLS (AHA/ARC) certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Explain procedures and treatments to patients and families.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments per nursing standards.
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and document changes.
• Prepare patients for procedures and assist with treatments.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment and infection control practices.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and social workers on care plans.
