Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Baltimore, MD. This assignment lasts 13 weeks with 48 hours per week on 12-hour day shifts.

Requirements include an active RN license, a nursing degree from an accredited program, BLS, and 18 months of recent Acute Care Med/Surg experience. Travel and client facility specifics will be provided by the recruiter.

• Eighteen months of recent experience in an Acute Care Med/Surg setting
• Other requirements to be determined by our client facility

Responsibilities

• Complete assignments made by physicians.
• Provide routine treatment and post‑surgical care.
• Assess changes in patient's health status and perform various treatments.
• Administer medication.
• Meticulous documentation as to medication and treatment administration to ensure continuity of care between nursing staff, physicians and other treatment team members.
