Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Travel RN for Med Surg/Telemetry in Concord, MA. The position includes a 13-week assignment with 36 hours per week, 12-hour days, and travel staffing benefits. Start date 10/20/2026, requiring 1 year Med Surg/Tele RN experience and an active RN license with BLS.

Qualifications

• One year of Med Surg/Tele RN experience.
• Valid RN license per state regulations.
• Current BLS (AHA/ARC) certification.

Responsibilities

• Explain procedures and treatments to patients and families, addressing concerns and ensuring understanding.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments according to nursing standards.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ conditions and document changes.
• Prepare patients for diagnostic procedures and assist physicians during treatments.
• Maintain a safe and comfortable environment for patients.
• Document patient information in the medical record.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create and implement care plans.
• Manage multiple patients based on acuity and clinical needs.
• Ensure infection control practices and PPE usage.
• Advocate for patients’ needs and coordinate discharge planning.
