Job summary

PEL/VIP is seeking an experienced RN for a MedSurg/Telemetry travel assignment at a Level 1 Trauma Hospital. The role focuses on caring for patients with acute or chronic conditions and post-op needs in a high-acuity setting.

Shift is 5x8 Days with a gross weekly pay package of $2100. EPIC is used for charting; collaboration with multidisciplinary teams is essential for discharge planning and education.

Qualifications

• Must have BLS.
• BCR (Basic Cardiac Rhythm) with EKG competency exam.
• 2 years of Med/Surg/Telemetry RN experience.
• Trach care, chest tube management, PIV starts, insulin drips, heparin drips experience.
• Strong clinical assessment and med-surg nursing skills for a Level 1 Trauma Hospital.
• IV insertion and central line care.

Responsibilities

Assignment Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced RN for a MedSurg/Tele assignment in a high-acuity Level 1 Trauma Hospital. The ideal candidate will have experience with patients suffering from acute or chronic diseases and post-op surgeries within a medical-surgical setting.

Assignment Details

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care and assessment in a med-surg setting
• Manage cardiac monitoring and telemetry interpretation

Qualifications

Required:
