Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Med Surg RN for a 13-week travel assignment in Watertown, WI. You'll deliver patient-centered care in medical-surgical and telemetry units, with competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and support from a dedicated clinical team.

Qualifications

• One year of Med Surg RN experience.
• Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS (AHA/ARC) Certification.

Responsibilities

• Explain procedures and treatments to patients and families, addressing concerns and ensuring understanding.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments in adherence to nursing standards.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ conditions, documenting changes and reporting concerns to the care team.
• Prepare patients for diagnostic procedures and assist physicians during treatments.
• Maintain a safe and comfortable environment for patients recovering from medical conditions or surgical procedures.
