Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Saint Louis, Missouri. The assignment runs for 13 weeks with 36 hours per week and a 12-hour night shift.

Requirements include an Active RN License, degree from an accredited nursing program, BLS certification, and at least 18 months of recent Acute Care Med/Surg experience. Travel, housing, and benefits are provided through MedPro.

Responsibilities

• Complete assignments made by physicians.
• Provide routine treatment and post-surgical care.
• Assess changes in patient's health status and perform various treatments.
• Administer medication.
• Meticulous documentation as to medication and treatment administration to ensure continuity of care between nursing staff, physicians and other treatment team members.
