Qualifications
- Licensed RN in WI or compact license.
- 1 year of RN experience in MED/SURG or acute care setting.
Responsibilities
- Provide medical-surgical nursing care to patients.
- Monitor patient status and respond to changes.
- Document care and maintain charting accuracy in Epic.
