Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel assignment in Morgantown, WV. You will care for adult patients pre- and post-surgery, administer medications, and document treatments accurately.

This travel role requires an active RN license, a nursing degree, and BLS certification, with 18 months of Med/Surg experience. Benefits include weekly pay, housing options, and health coverage.

Qualifications

• Active RN license is required.
• Degree from an accredited nursing program.
• BLS certification required.
• Eighteen months of recent experience in an Acute Care Med/Surg setting.
• Other requirements to be determined by the client facility.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for primarily adult patients pre- and post-surgical procedures.
• Complete physician-ordered assignments.
• Provide routine treatment and post-surgical care.
• Assess changes in patient health and perform treatments.
• Administer medications.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of medications and treatments for continuity of care.
