MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a travel assignment in Evansville, IN. This role is a 13-week travel nursing position with a 36-hour work week, consisting of 12-hour night shifts.

Start date is 11/29/2026 and candidates must hold an active RN license with a degree from an accredited nursing program and BLS. Ideal candidates have 18 months of recent Med-Surg Acute Care experience and be prepared for client-specific requirements.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• Degree from an accredited nursing program.
• BLS certification required.
• Eighteen months of recent Acute Care Med/Surg experience.

Responsibilities

• Complete assignments made by physicians.
• Provide routine treatment and post-surgical care.
• Assess changes in patient’s health status and perform treatments.
• Administer medications.
• Document medication and treatments meticulously to ensure continuity of care.
