Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a travel assignment in Calais, Maine. You will provide specialized Med/Surg nursing care for adult patients, with a 12-hour night shift and 36 hours per week over a 13-week contract, starting 09/28/2026.

Requirements include an active RN license, an accredited nursing degree, BLS, and at least 18 months of recent acute Med/Surg experience.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing
• Graduated from an accredited nursing program
• BLS certification required
• 18 months of recent Med/Surg/Acute Care experience

Responsibilities

• Provide care for adult Med-Surg patients.
• Perform post-surgical care and routine treatments.
• Administer medications and document care.
• Monitor changes in patient health status and respond accordingly.
• Ensure continuity of care through meticulous documentation.
