Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a travel assignment in Madison, Wisconsin. The role is 13 weeks, 36 hours per week, nights, with travel employment.

Requirements include an active RN license, a nursing degree from an accredited program, BLS, and 18 months of recent Med/Surg acute care experience. Compensation varies with shifts and stipends to be determined.

Qualifications

• Active RN License
• Degree from accredited nursing program
• BLS Certification
• Eighteen months of recent experience in an Acute Care Med/Surg setting
• Other requirements to be determined by our client facility

Responsibilities

• Complete assignments made by physicians.
• Provide routine treatment and post‑surgical care.
• Assess changes in patient's health status and perform various treatments.
• Administer medication.
• Meticulous documentation to ensure continuity of care between nursing staff, physicians and other treatment team members
