Job summary

American Traveler is seeking a Med/Surg RN for a 13-week night shift assignment in Alabama. Requires 3+ years of Med/Surg experience and an active AL or compact RN license. BLS is required, and certifications must not expire within 30 days. Candidates must reside outside a 50+ mile radius of the facility.

13-week contract with benefits including travel reimbursement and housing options. Night shift hours are 7p-7a, Friday through Sunday.

Qualifications

• Active AL or compact RN license required.
• BLS certification required.
• 3+ years of recent Med/Surg RN experience required.
• Certifications must not expire within the first 30 days of start.
• No gaps in work history equaling 90 days or more in past 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Med/Surg unit (Unit/Floor 4) in a hospital setting.
• Night shift, 7p-7a, Friday through Sunday.
• 13-week assignment.
• Must live 50+ miles from the facility; local candidates will not be considered.
• RTO requests must be less than one week.
• Travelers who worked as permanent staff at any CHS facility within the past 2 years will not be considered.
