This role requires an active Ohio RN license and at least 2 years of med/surg clinical experience. Responsibilities include administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and collaborating with the healthcare team. Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of recent med/surg clinical nursing experience.
• Flu vaccine required (medical exemptions only).

Responsabilités

• Initiate and manage IVs; administer medications safely.
• Monitor vital signs and patient responses.
• Educate patients on treatments and self-care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Document care using EPIC EMR.
