Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC seeks a Travel Nurse – Med Surg to deliver specialized medical-surgical care in assignments in Richmond, VA. You will coordinate comprehensive patient care, educate patients and families, and collaborate with healthcare teams to uphold nursing standards.

Work 36 hours weekly with 13-hour shifts; complete compliance items within 5 days of offer, including background checks and drug screening; hold required certifications based on specialty.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of Med Surg RN experience.
• Virginia nursing license and current BLS certification.
• Preferred experience in travel healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Manage total nursing care for adult-geriatric patients.
• Participate in patient and family education.
• Provide leadership and teamwork with ancillary staff and healthcare professionals.
• Maintain professional nursing standards in clinical practice.
