Qualifications

• Ability to adapt quickly and work independently in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct and individualized nursing care to medical-surgical patients.
• Evaluate and monitor patient responses, making adjustments to the care plan as needed.
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to optimize outcomes.
• Administer medications and manage IVs per clinical protocol.
• Document patient progress clearly and accurately.
