Qualifications

• Active OR RN license required.
• Minimum of three years nursing experience required.
• Current certifications in BLS, ACLS, and PALS required.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Work in the Med/Surg department of a modern rural hospital.
• Care provided for both adult and pediatric patient populations.
• Day shift schedule consisting of three 12-hour shifts per week.
• Scheduled every other weekend.
• Team environment with two to three other nurses and a full-time Hospitalist physician.
• Agency nurses may be floated to other qualified departments prior to core staff.
• Position is based in a newly built, modern healthcare facility.
• Supportive interdisciplinary team with physician onsite coverage.
• Open to both local and travel candidates.
