Job summary

Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Medical/Surgical Registered Nurse to assume responsibility for applying the nursing process and delivering patient care in a travel setting. The nurse must make clinical judgments effectively, coordinate patient care, and work under supervision to ensure quality outcomes.

Requirements include an active RN license in the practice state, English fluency, health certificate, PPD or Chest X-Ray, and BLS; one year of nursing experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse License for the state in which the nurse practices.
• Full command of the English language, both verbal and written.
• Current Health Certificate (per facility contract or state regulation).
• Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
• One year prior professional nursing experience preferred.
• Current BLS card.

Responsibilities

• Apply nursing process and deliver patient care.
• Make clinical judgments in an effective and efficient manner with supervision.
• Coordinate patient care and assist others in managing patient care.
