Job Description

As a valued member of the interdisciplinary team, you will contribute your professional and clinical knowledge and skills in the provision and management of patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in a medical-surgical setting.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize patient outcomes.
• Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and monitor their effects on patients.
• Utilize electronic medical records (EMR) to document patient care and track progress.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives.

Shift Information

• Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
• 36 or 48 hours per week
• May float within the same discipline across local facilities
• Every other weekend required
• No call requirements

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of medical-surgical nursing experience required.
