Responsibilities

• Administer prescribed medications and record doses.
• Change dressings, start IVs, and monitor patient status.
• Prepare equipment and assist physician during procedures.
• Educate patients and families about procedures and care.
• Assist with discharge planning and patient education plans.
• Document findings and coordinate with care teams.
