Job summary

Healthforce Healthcare LLC seeks Registered Nurse for a 13-week Med Surg travel assignment in Lodi, CA. Start 10/19/2026 with 36 guaranteed hours per week and a 3x12-hour shift from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM.

Responsibilities include direct nursing care, medication administration, IV therapy, and discharge planning. Requires active CA RN license, 2+ years Med Surg, BLS/CPR, ACLS, and EPIC EHR experience. BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• Active RN licensure in California
• Minimum two years of Med Surg or acute care experience
• BLS or CPR certification
• ACLS certification required
• EPIC electronic health record experience
• BSN preferred

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care for Med Surg patients using the nursing process
• Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, manage IV therapies
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care plans with health care team
• Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes in EHR
• Provide patient and family education; participate in discharge planning
• Delegate and supervise duties of licensed and unlicensed staff as appropriate
