Job summary
TRITAL Care is seeking experienced Medical/Surgical Registered Nurses for a 13-week travel contract in the Float Pool at a major Level I trauma teaching hospital in downtown Atlanta. This fast-moving assignment offers quick interviews, weekly pay, and comprehensive support from TRITAL Care.
The role requires 2+ years of Med/Surg RN experience, GA license or multi-state eligibility, EPIC EMR proficiency, and BLS certification. 12-hour shifts with 36 hours guaranteed per week are provided.
Qualifications
- Active Georgia RN license (or compact/multistate license valid in GA)
- Minimum 2 years of recent Medical/Surgical RN experience
- EPIC EMR experience strongly preferred
- Certifications: BLS (AHA). Nursys verification current at submission.
Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care to adult medical/surgical patients across float units
- Complete assessments, administer medications, and document in EPIC EMR
- Collaborate with care team on plans of care and discharge
- Monitor patient status, elevate changes, and maintain patient safety standards
- Work 36 guaranteed hours per week on 12-hour shifts
