Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing in Fargo, ND, is seeking a travel nurse RN for Med Surg to join a premier healthcare client. You will provide bedside care and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support patient outcomes.

This 13-week assignment requires 36 hours per week with 12-hour shifts (days and nights). An active RN license, BLS, and 18 months of acute Med/Surg experience are required; housing options or stipends are available.

Qualifications

• Active RN License
• Degree from accredited nursing program
• BLS Certifications
• 18 months of recent experience in an Acute Care Med/Surg setting
• Other requirements to be determined by our client facility

Responsibilities

• Complete assignments made by physicians.
• Provide routine treatment and post-surgical care.
• Assess changes in patient's health status and perform various treatments.
• Administer medication.
• Meticulous documentation as to medication and treatment administration to ensure continuity of care between nursing staff, physicians and other treatment team members.
