Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking an experienced Medical Surgical Registered Nurse for a 13-week travel assignment in Denton, TX. Start date ASAP. Pay is $1417 per week, with comprehensive benefits and strong support from a dedicated clinical team.
You will deliver patient-centered care in medical-surgical and telemetry units, perform assessments, monitor telemetry, administer medications, and collaborate with physicians, therapists, and social workers to develop care plans.
Competenze
- One year of Med Surg RN experience required.
- Current RN license in compliance with state regulations.
- Current BLS (AHA/ARC) certification required.
Mansioni
- Assess patient health conditions and document changes.
- Monitor cardiac telemetry data and assess patients.
- Administer medications and treatments per nursing standards.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and social workers to implement care plans.
- Ensure infection control practices and patient safety.
