TotalMed RN is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Greeley, Colorado. The role requires 36 hours per week with 12-hour day shifts on a travel basis, starting 10/19/2026 for 13 weeks. Immediate placement in Greeley, CO with BLS/ACLS/NIH certifications preferred.

The Med/Surg RN will conduct patient assessments, document findings, and provide education to patients and families. Requirements include 1-2 years of acute care experience and ability to handle fast-paced

Qualifications

• Provides bedside care for Med/Surg patients.
• Performs accurate patient assessments and data collection.
• Documents findings and communicates with care team.
• Educates patients and families on procedures and post-discharge care.
• Participates in discharge planning and care coordination.

Responsibilities

• Provide bedside care for a variety of Med/Surg patients.
• Prepare, administer, and record prescribed medications.
• Change dressings, insert catheters and start IVs.
• Assist physician during exams and procedures.
• Educate patients on surgical procedures and care plans.
