Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Med Surg RN for a 13-week travel assignment in Winston Salem, NC. The role focuses on high-quality patient care in med-surg and telemetry units with 12-hour day shifts and 36 hours per week.

Ideal candidates have 1 year Med Surg RN experience, an active RN license, and current BLS certification. NIHSS and ACLS are preferred. Benefits include comprehensive insurance and 401(k) matching.

Qualificações

• One year of recent Med Surg RN experience required.
• Current RN license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS (AHA/ARC) certification required.

Responsabilidades

• Explain procedures and treatments to patients and families.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments per nursing standards.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and document changes.
• Prepare patients for diagnostics and assist during treatments.
• Maintain a safe and comfortable environment for patients.
• Document patient information in the medical record.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create care plans.
• Manage multiple patients and prioritize care by acuity.
• Ensure infection control practices and PPE use.
