Job summary

Anders Group, LLC in SPRINGDALE, AR is seeking a Travel Med/Surg Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week assignment starting 07/27/2026. This travel contract is in the Med/Surg unit with 3x12 night shifts, offering competitive weekly pay and housing and meal stipend options.

You will provide bedside care, develop care plans, administer medications, collaborate with physicians, document in EMR, and support patient safety. AR license or Compact, 2+ years Med/Surg, and BLS are required.

Qualifications

• Current AR RN license or Compact RN license if eligible.
• 2+ years of Med/Surg experience.
• BLS certification through AHA.
• Additional unit certifications may be required.
• Ability to adapt in fast-paced clinical environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide bedside nursing care in the Med/Surg unit.
• Create and update individualized patient care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
• Document patient care accurately in EMR systems.
• Promote patient safety and quality outcomes.
