Premiere Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Travel Med Surg Registered Nurse for a night shift in Lewiston, Maine. The assignment spans 12 weeks with a pay range per shift and a differential on top of base pay.

The role involves supervising a Med Surg team, managing workflow, and delivering direct patient care as needed. Required credentials include an active RN license, BLS, ACLS, and PALS with at least one year of charge nurse experience.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• BLS (AHA) certification at hire and maintained.
• ACLS (AHA) certification at hire and maintained.
• PALS (AHA) certification at hire and maintained.

Responsabilités

• Assist Director with daily department operations, staffing, and workflow management.
• Supervise, direct, and evaluate team members.
• Ensure effective use of personnel, equipment, and resources.
• Maintain efficient department operations and patient care standards.
• Provide direct patient care as needed within scope of practice.
• Monitor patient care plans and direct necessary adjustments.
• Collaborate with physicians and staff to promote positive patient outcomes.
• Support a safe, high-quality, patient-centered care environment.
• Oversee staff performance and unit operations during assigned shift.

Pay: up to $672 – $768 gross pay per shift; equivalent to $56.00 – $64.00 per hour.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING

• Current and valid state RN License
• Current BLS (AHA) upon hire and maintain current.
• Current ACLS (AHA) upon hire and maintain current.
• Previous one year of charge nurse experience in Med Surg setting required.
• PALS (AHA) upon hire and maintain current.

Pay Transparency

Premiere Healthcare Staffing offers competitive compensation and a reasonable compensation estimate for this role is $56.00 to $64.00. This compensation estimate is specific to Maine and has not been adjusted for any other geographic location. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
