Qualifications

• Current Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse license in state practicing.

• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable.
• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation).
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Under the supervision of a registered nurse, provide nursing care and apply the nursing process.
• Assist in managing patient care and supporting other staff in patient care management.
