Job summary

Trusted Health is seeking an experienced nurse for a travel nursing assignment in Oklahoma. The role requires 2+ years of Med-Surg Float experience, Oklahoma license or compact, and the ability to float to multiple units.

Night shift 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, 13 weeks, 12-hour shifts, travel or local depending on facility needs. Candidates should have ACLS, PALS and other listed certifications, be comfortable with SBAR handoffs, and participate in process improvements.

Qualifications

• Must hold Oklahoma license or compact license.
• Floating to multiple units required.
• Includes weekend and night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate the overall effectiveness of care and coordinate with departments.
• Maintain patient rights and confidentiality.
• Document care plans with identified problems, nursing diagnoses, interventions, and goals/outcomes.
• Perform handoffs using SBAR and bedside report.
• Facilitate communication of pertinent findings with physicians and participate in process improvement activities.
