Job summary

TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel Ultrasound Technologist specializing in Maternal Fetal Medicine for a 13-week assignment in Seattle, WA. The role requires 1 year of ultrasound experience, BLS, and ARDMS (RDMS OB/GYN), with licensing as needed.

40 hours weekly, 10-hour day shifts, travel position with potential tax-free stipends. Responsibilities include patient education, image acquisition, assisting radiologists, reporting findings, and maintaining PACS records.

Qualifications

• 1 year of ultrasound experience.
• BLS and ARDMS (RDMS OB/GYN) certification required.
• State-specific licensing as required.

Responsibilities

• Educate patients and families about procedures.
• Operate ultrasound equipment to identify areas of concern.
• Prepare exam rooms and assist radiologists with ultrasound procedures and biopsies.
• Report abnormalities to medical staff for immediate attention.
• Maintain and troubleshoot sonography equipment; document findings.
• Perform scans and generate reports based on results.
• Maintain accurate patient records.
• Understand and use the McKesson PACS system.
