Job summary

TotalMed Allied seeks a Mammography Technologist for an 8-week travel assignment in Atlanta, GA. The Mammo Tech will operate mammography units, ensure image quality, and prepare studies for radiologist interpretation. Requires ARRT (M) with registration, BLS, and at least 1 year of experience.

Qualifications

• Must have 1 year of Mammo Tech experience.
• BLS and ARRT (M) with state licensing when required.
• Ability to stand/walk for long periods and interpret imaging instructions.

Responsibilities

• Operate mammography unit and ensure accurate images for physician interpretation.
• Confirm patient identity and explain procedures to provide reassurance.
• Develop, retake if needed, and forward studies to radiologist.
• Maintain patient records and adhere to safety standards.
