Job summary

Amergis Healthcare Staffing, Inc.-Allied is seeking an experienced Mammography Technologist for a travel assignment in Somerville, MA. The 13-week contract offers a weekday schedule, competitive pay, and the chance to work with premier outpatient imaging teams using Hologic equipment.

You will perform screening and diagnostic mammography, document studies in EPIC, and collaborate with radiologists. ARRT(M) certification and MA license are required, with 2D/3D mammography experience and 8+ hours

Qualifications

• ARRT (M) certification required.
• Massachusetts Radiation Control License required by start date.
• Minimum 3 years of Mammography experience preferred.
• Hologic Mammography experience required.
• 2D and 3D mammography experience required.
• Documentation of 8+ hours of training in both 2D and 3D Mammography.
• EPIC documentation experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced outpatient imaging environment.

What We're Looking For

• Experience performing both screening and diagnostic mammography exams
• Comfortable working independently in an outpatient setting
• Strong patient care and communication skills
• Experience with Hologic equipment preferred

• Commitment to delivering exceptional women's imaging services

Requirements

• ARRT (M) Certification Required
• Massachusetts Radiation Control License required by start date

• Documentation of 8+ hours of training in both 2D and 3D Mammography
• Diagnostic Mammography experience required
• Ability to provide Mammography CEU documentation covering the previous 3 years
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced outpatient imaging environment
• Current TB screening within one year of start date
• MMR and Varicella vaccination records or titers required
• Tdap vaccination within the last 10 years
• Must meet all facility onboarding and compliance requirements
