Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of clinical mammography experience required.
• Associate's degree preferred.
• Recent biopsy and ultrasound experience preferred.
• Graduate of an AMA-approved School of Radiologic Technology.
• ARRT registration with certification in Mammography.
• BLS certification required.
• License required if applicable.
• Must maintain a second Mammography registry by annually accruing five ECEs specific to Mammography Education per MQSA standards.

Responsibilities

• Performs breast imaging, ultrasound, and stereotactic-guided biopsy procedures.
• Assists in technical orientation of cross-trained Radiologic Technologists and instructs them in complex or difficult procedures.
• Monday through Friday schedule, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
• 13-week assignment.
