Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a travel Mammography Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Burlington, Kansas. The role features 40 hours per week, 8-hour day shifts, Monday to Friday, with no nights or weekends and no on-call duties.

This travel assignment is designed to support breast imaging services with consistent daytime coverage. You will perform prescribed mammography procedures, operate dedicated equipment, ensure diagnostic image quality, and maintain compliance with MQSA, FDA, and ACR

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Radiologic Technology with ARRT certification and 1+ year imaging experience.
• Active ARRT(M) certification and Kansas radiologic technologist license.
• Current BLS certification.

Aufgaben

• Perform mammography procedures per physician orders with accuracy and compassion.
• Operate mammography equipment and ensure high-quality imaging.
• Evaluate images for diagnostic quality and obtain additional views when needed.
• Explain procedures to patients to ensure comfort and understanding.
• Maintain MQSA/FDA/ACR documentation and compliance.
• Chart charges in hospital billing system.
• Conduct daily QC and preventive maintenance on imaging equipment.
• Participate in QA and accreditation activities of imaging.
• Prepare for next day’s schedule by obtaining prior exams.
• Assist colleagues as Radiology Technologist during downtime in mammography.
