Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Mammography Tech for a 13-week travel assignment in Ada, OK. This role requires at least one year of Mammography experience, a valid state license, and current BLS certification. ARRT certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• One year's experience as a Mammography Tech.
• Current state license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC)

Responsibilities

• Explain procedures to patients and answer questions as they arise.
• Position patient appropriately for imaging procedures.
• Maintain imaging equipment and ensure room safety and efficiency.
• Monitor image quality during procedures to ensure diagnostic accuracy.
• Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare teams to deliver high-quality care.
• Follow hospital policies, safety regulations, and infection control procedures.
• Practice infection prevention through hand hygiene, PPE, and isolation precautions.
