Job summary

TotalMed Allied seeks a Mammography Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment in Oklahoma City, OK. The role requires 1 year of Mammo Tech experience, ARRT(M) certification, BLS, and state licensing if applicable. Expect 40 hours weekly with 10-hour day shifts and a focus on accurate imaging and patient care.

The Mammo Tech will operate a mammography unit, develop and forward studies to radiologists, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards within a fast-paced travel setting.

Qualifications

• 1 year of Mammo Tech experience required.
• ARRT (M) national certification and BLS; state licensing as required.
• Travel assignment; 13 weeks; 40 hours per week; 10-hour shifts.

Responsibilities

• Identify patients and explain imaging procedures.
• Interpret doctors' instructions and perform mammography studies.
• Develop and review mammograms; forward to radiologist for interpretation.
• Maintain quality standards for mammography and patient records.
• Utilize McKesson PACS for image handling.
