Job summary

Healthforce is seeking a Radiology Tech – Mammography for a travel assignment in Cambridge, MA. The role runs 13 weeks starting 11/30/2026 with 72 biweekly guaranteed hours and a 7:30 am–4:00 pm shift in a hospital setting.

Mammography imaging will be performed within a dedicated radiology department. Requires MA Radiologic Technologist license or eligibility, ARRT Mammography credentials, 1–2 years of mammography experience, and BLS with flu vaccination.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts Radiologic Technologist license active or eligible at submission/onboarding.
• ARRT Mammography credential required.
• 1–2 years of screening and diagnostic mammography experience.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers and flu vaccination.
• Available for DAYS shift in a travel assignment.

Responsibilities

• Perform screening and diagnostic mammography exams with proper positioning and image quality.
• Operate mammography equipment following ALARA and safety protocols.
• Verify patient identity, document procedures, and submit images to PACS for radiologist interpretation.
• Collaborate with radiologists and technologists to ensure timely exams and accurate results.
• Maintain equipment and comply with hospital policies and privacy regulations.
