Cross Country Nurses seeks a travel Registered Nurse for Long Term Care in Aurora, Colorado. This role requires 12-hour days, 36 hours per week, and a 13-week assignment with a travelPay package to be discussed. Start date is 11/02/2026.

Responsibilities include providing patient care using the Nursing Process and demonstrating leadership, critical thinking, and clinical competency in a telemetry/acute care setting.

Qualifications

• Active RN license (CO or multi-state compact).
• At least 1 year of telemetry or related experience.
• ACLS and BLS certifications required.
• Vent/trach experience and central line knowledge preferred.
• Days shift; 36 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care using the Nursing Process in a telemetry/LTC setting.
• Maintain clinical competencies and delegate appropriately.
