Job summary

A healthcare staffing agency is looking for an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a travel position in Long-Term Care in West Burlington, IA. Qualifications

Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Monitor residents' conditions and report changes promptly.
Supervise and support CNAs and LPNs in daily care activities.
Provide wound care, catheter care, and other skilled nursing procedures.
Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and social workers.
Ensure compliance with infection control, safety, and regulatory guidelines.
Participate in care plan meetings and family conferences.
Document nursing care and resident progress accurately and timely.
Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers.
