Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC seeks a skilled Long-Term Care RN for a travel assignment at a Hayward, Wisconsin facility. You will assess residents, develop care plans, administer treatments, and supervise LPNs and CNAs to ensure high-quality patient care.

The ideal candidate holds at least one year of LTC RN experience, an active RN license with BLS/CPR, and strong critical thinking and communication skills for coordinating resident care.

Qualifications

• One year of recent Long-Term Care RN experience.
• Valid RN license and current BLS/CPR certification.
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills.
• Ability to perform physical tasks and work under pressure.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and PC use.
• Visual acuity and sensory communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess resident health and monitor changes.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Perform skilled procedures like wound care and IV therapy.
• Supervise and support nursing staff (LPNs and CNAs).
• Educate residents and families on health management.
• Document care and respond to emergencies.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure quality care.
• Adhere to safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.
