Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN in Long Term Care for a 13-week assignment in Glover, Vermont. The role is a travel position with 40 hours per week, day shifts, starting 10/19/2026, and requires LTC RN experience and active RN license.

You'll provide skilled nursing care, administer treatments, and collaborate with a clinical team across facilities, with competitive pay and benefits included in the package.

Qualifications

• One year of recent experience as an RN in a long-term care setting.
• Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS (AHA/ARC) or CPR certification.
• ACLS Certification (preferred).
• Other certifications may be required depending on facility requirements

Responsibilities

• Assess patient health, monitor for changes, and take appropriate action.
• Develop and implement personalized care plans with care team.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
• Observe for medication reactions and changes in condition and report concerns.
• Provide treatments including wound care, IV therapy, catheter management, and other skilled procedures.
• Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs, delegating appropriately and ensuring quality care.
• Educate residents and families on medications and chronic condition management.
• Document care provided and patient progress in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with physicians, therapists, and healthcare professionals for coordinated care.
• Adhere to facility safety, infection control, and regulatory standards
