Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN LTAC in Denver, Colorado for a 13-week assignment. Start date 10/12/2026; 36 hours/week, nights, travel employment. RN with LTAC experience preferred will care for patients on LTAC units and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Minimum 18 months LTAC experience.
• Experience with vents, trachs, drips, EG tubes; able to read Tele-strips.

Responsibilities

• Care for 5-6 patients on LTAC unit.
• Monitor and adjust medications and IV therapy.
• Educate patients and families on procedures.
• Monitor telemetry and vital signs; notify team of anomalies.
• Start IVs and draw blood; document care.
• Care for patients with pulmonary HTN, COPD, CHF, A-Fib.
• Use computer systems to track patient data.
