Job summary

Gifted Healthcare is a travel nursing agency providing LTAC RN opportunities with premier facilities across the United States, including Wisconsin.

LTAC RNs perform patient assessment, intervention, and evaluation while collaborating with the care team to ensure optimal outcomes. Responsibilities include medications, chest tubes, ventilators, wound care, IV drips, and central lines, with travel benefits and 24/7 support.

Qualifications

• RN license required and actively licensed to practice as an RN.
• Experience in LTAC/long-term acute care settings preferred.
• Ability to manage critical care equipment and invasive lines.

Responsibilities

• Assess and intervene in patient care to achieve optimum outcomes.
• Collaborate with the care team to develop and follow care plans.
• Monitor patient status and adjust treatments as needed.
• Provide guidance to clinical support staff.
