Qualifications
- Current RN license for the state in which the nurse practices in.
- One year of nursing experience in a long-term acute care facility preferred.
- Experience in acute rehabilitation for vents, wound care, cardiac, and stable post-trauma patients.
Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver direct and indirect patient care to medically complex patients in LTAC settings.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes and safety.
