Job summary

Centurion Health is seeking full-time Travel Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our Centurion Eagles Travel Teams in Illinois, Missouri, Georgia, Idaho and Maryland. Our travelers have opportunities throughout the country and are full-time, benefit-eligible Centurion employees.

The Eagle (Travel team) LPN will work between various facilities/locations throughout the assigned state, per contract needs.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in the assigned state.
• IV certification required in some programs.
• Minimum of one year of LPN experience in a community outpatient clinic, hospital, or long-term care setting preferred.
• Corrections experience preferred.
• Previous travel nursing experience preferred.
• CPR/BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic nursing care within the appropriate scope of practice.
• Work under the direction of Registered Nurses and medical/psychiatric staff.
• Respond to physical and behavioral health needs.
• Travel between facilities per contract, with one location per assignment.
