Talented Medical Solutions is seeking a confident LPN for a long-term care (LTC) setting in Carrington, ND. The position features a 36/48 rotation, nights from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM, with 12-hour shifts and start ASAP.

The contract length is 6 weeks, offering overnight nursing experience in a fast-paced facility. Ideal candidates have strong LTC background, experience with Trachs and ventilators, and solid clinical assessment and documentation skills.

Qualificações

• LPN license required.
• Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing experience required.
• Ability to care for patients with Trachs and Ventilators.
• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to LTC residents.
• Monitor and assess resident conditions overnight.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams.
• Maintain accurate charting and compliance documentation.
