Vibra Healthcare is seeking LPN/LVN nurses for inpatient rehabilitation hospital assignments across various health systems. The role involves direct patient care on the unit, with supervision of aides and techs, under RN direction.

The position offers local and non-local postings, a competitive hourly rate plus a tax-free stipend where applicable, and a referral bonus. Licensure and vaccine requirements align with Vibra policies.

Formación

• Current, valid, and active license to practice as a Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse in the state of employment required.
• Current BLS certification from a Vibra-approved vendor required.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in an acute care setting required.
• Must be proficient in inserting, administering, and hydrating IV's.

Responsabilidades

• Provide clinical nursing care on the unit following the nursing process and act per applicable Nurse Practice Acts.
• Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants, Nursing Aides and Techs as assigned.
• Maintain professional relationships and ensure smooth, organized unit operations.
• Develop clinical expertise and ensure quality of patient care across shifts.
