Job summary
American Traveler is hiring an LPN for a long‑term care/skilled nursing facility in North Dakota. The role requires 1+ year of nursing experience and an active LPN license, with BLS certification and a driver’s license.
Night shifts are 7p–7a, with every other weekend and holiday coverage; local candidates may be favored with adjusted rates. Benefits include medical/dental/vision insurance from day one, a 401(k), weekly payroll, free CEUs, a generous housing allowance, and travel/licensure
Qualifications
- Active LPN license is required.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant nursing experience.
- BLS certification is required.
- Driver's license is required for consideration.
- Two professional references with dates and eligibility are required.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a post‑acute, long‑term care setting.
- Work in a 30-bed long‑term care/skilled nursing center.
- Manage patients with mild dementia and bariatric cases.
- Maintain patient safety with ratios of 30:1 or 15:1 with aides.
- Utilize MatrixCare/Matrix EMR for charting.
- Work night shifts: 7pm–7am, 12‑hour shifts.
- Occasional weekend and holiday coverage is required.
- Local placement eligibility within 80‑mile radius.
